450 Degrees is the brainchild of Jannis Bonnevier and former footballer Jesper Blomqvist to open a pizzeria in Stockholm with a Neapolitan flair, which he learned to appreciate during his seasons in Serie A. The restaurant is located on the island of Lidingö, with a beautiful outdoor area overlooking the water and a very relaxed atmosphere. The pizzas are baked from an Italian-made oven, the Ferrara oven, and demonstrate excellent technical mastery in baking and ingredient dosing. You start with a good buffalo mozzarella, then a pizza with sausage and friarielli or a Diavola with all the trimmings. To drink craft beers and also very important wines.

A good pizza in the centre of Stockholm. Despite a few changes in the pizza team, the offer remains constant, with a pizza of faithful Neapolitan inspiration, with a high, well-raised crust, the cooking is even and the ingredients are of good quality. Try the sausage and friarielli pizza or the Nerano with courgettes, fiordilatte and smoked mozzarella. Elegant restaurant, with a nice counter in view and restaurant-like service. Reasonable wine list, looking mainly at Italian reds.
