Bisogna raggiungere le sponde del Logo di Zurigo per assaporare un ottimo impasto. IL merito รจ di un team campano, sapientemente guidato da Raffaele Tromiro, quarta generazione di pizzaioli. I dischi sono lungamente lievitati, caratterizzati da una cornicione ben in rilievo e una scioglievolezza al morso davvero spiccata. Assolutamente da provare la pizza salsiccia e friarielli, la classica Margherita e soprattutto la Donna Carmela: bufala, pomodorini freschi e cornicione ripieno di ricotta. Carta dei vini interessante.
