Which we met at an important trade fair in Milan - Tutto Food 2023 - of the bakery we tasted only the taralli with tomato, and we said "a real delicacy", at which point we absolutely wanted to shine a powerful spotlight on this company that really has the air of working as it should, we know well the different specialities they produce and from the photographs on their website, we can confirm that it is definitely worth going to their 5 shops, 4 in the city of Bari and 1 in Palese.
They have also organised an online service with an explanation of the service on their focaccia Palesano, their version of the legendary Bari focaccia, but the other proposals must also be of a really serious level.
