It can rightly be said that this pasta factory is one of the highest in Europe, a precious jewel in the history of Italian food, and at the same time a very modern example of how from an unspoilt place, craftsmanship and love for one's work one can reach the heights of world taste.

I had neither the ingredients nor the equipment required by the specifications to prepare the legendary "Amatriciana" in any of the places where I cooked or had triangular Penne, Fusilloni, square Spaghetti or Rigatoni cooked but I can assure you that the resulting dishes pleased me they really made an excellent impression, I had anticipated that I would taste a truly excellent pasta and so it was, someone asked me the name of the pasta so they could get it and I wanted to write it on paper so they couldn't forget it .

Pasta is a perfect dish for banquets, socializing the tasting experience is very important to better appreciate its qualities.

I wanted to assign the role of "ambassador of taste" to demonstrate our ability to select the best products from our country and I achieved the goal perfectly.

In my tasting of the Spaghetti Mannetti I wanted to behave like a true gourmand since I was talking about an organic and organic durum wheat semolina pasta made with truly excellent water, I divided their 250 g package into two, the first I did the tasting with the oil I prefer, absolutely clean.

Damn, as soon as I tasted it I immediately thought: "this is a dish worthy of a restaurant with at least one Michelin star".

A thought that I confirmed at the second tasting a few evenings later, the same oil and a fairly successful sauce, the elements that make up this pasta are truly superior, the water from the springs of the Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga National Park and the selected wheat are really expertly combined.

What can we say other than compliments for the artisanal result of the highest level, with attention to the smallest details and to recommend that lovers of good food from all over the world buy them.

At least a month later, I tried the Bucatini Mannetti, I was already prepared for the level of the dough which I would describe as truly excellent, a pasta dish like this allows you to see things in a different way.

Too bad for the enthusiastic friend I had invited for dinner this evening, she had to cancel due to a sudden hitch. She missed out on something really worth eating. I am sure she will ask me to repeat the tasting as it has happened before.
