Qui la pizza si mangia a bordo logo, un laghetto di montagna per la pesca sportiva. Nella
bella stagione a pochi metri dall'acqua, in uno spazio piacevole e ben curato, in inverno,
invece, nel locale, ampio e ben arredato, con ampia vetrata sul logo e sulle montagne. La
pizza nasce da un impasto ben lievitato e da materie prime ben scelte e abbinate tra loro.
Dunque, provate pure la pizza Amatriciana con pomodoro, guanciale e pecorino o la
buonissima Valdostana con fiordilatte, bleu d'Aoste, mocetta valdostana e noci. Oltre
chiaramente alle classiche, dalla Margherita alla Capricciosa e alla Quattro Formaggi.
