Davide Barbato ce l'ha messa tutta per creare un luogo che racconti bene la sua idea di pizza e alimentazione. Sul disco non ha dubbi: deve essere leggero, digeribile, cotto al punto giusto, deve profumare di grano e di buono. A condire solo ingredienti che regala stagione e mercato, oltre all'orto di casa. Per questo nel periodo giusto troverete la tonda con acciughe, fiori di zucca, salsiccia Napoli e burratina.
0 ancora la gustosa Parmigiana, con melanzane, pomodoro, mozzarella e parmigiano. Oltre alle tonde c'è anche un'ottima pizza al taglio, dalla giusta croccantezza e dai condimenti golosi, che anche in questo caso lasciano gran spazio a verdure e a formaggi ben selezionati. Il locale e piccolino,
dallo stile minimal, pulito. Il personale è educato e sorridente; il che non guasta. Da bere bibite di rito e qualche piacevole sorpresa.
