MODERN - CONTEMPORARY CONTEXT Vineyards facing the sea, olive groves and umbrella pines of a luxuriant corner of Liguria form the backdrop to Vignamare, a restaurant created thanks to the recovery of an old abandoned and unused water tank from the 70s, characterized by a circular shape and inspired design to the nature that surrounds it. Chef Servetto presents a single tasting menu (long or short, the choice is yours) dictated by the seasons and by the almost exclusive availability of products from their own gardens, which is renewed on a regular basis. Good drinking is linked exclusively to one's own wine production.

m-1-stella The chef's commitment: Reduction of the environmental impact to a minimum, thanks to the use of energy produced by its own photovoltaic systems and the use of electric company cars. Most of the land that the resource cultivates is the result of a process of reclamation of abandoned areas, as well as the restoration of ancient walls for water regulation.
