m-2-stelle ANDREA APREA
Chef: Andrea Aprea
CREATIVE - ELEGANT Located on the top floor of the Luigi Rovati Foundation - in a magnificent historic building that houses the foundation's Art Museum, dedicated to the Etruscan world - the talented Andrea Aprea realizes the dream of his own restaurant: a space with great scenographic impact, where a beautiful panoramic window offers glimpses of the Porta Venezia park and the city skyline. In the large central room the walls covered in bucchero (the characteristic black ceramic with which the Etruscans made their vases) run at an angle to direct the gaze towards the open kitchen. It is here that you can admire the chef and his team intent on preparing the dishes of the three tasting menus: Contemporaneità, a 4-course journey dedicated to the relationship between memory and innovation; Partenope, a 6-course journey into the charm of Campania and Signature, an absolute experience in the chef's philosophy in 8 courses. The wine choice is excellent, also valid in the options by the glass. In the secret green courtyard of the building in Corso Venezia 52 there is the Caffè Bistrot, for which the chef has redefined the canons of popular cuisine through a selection of great classics.
