The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is one of the most iconic places in Milan and as such can boast a true star of Italian catering, whose professional career is among the most important in Italy (among its masters are Ducasse in the kitchen and Pinchiorri in the cellar). Together with the owner Carlo, the resident chef Luca Sacchi, executes a cuisine of impeccable product and technique, embracing the Milanese traditions and extending to the entire Mediterranean area, with Ligurian fish in the foreground. The cellar is a journey in itself, with one of the best selections of French wines in Italy in terms of breadth and depth, enriched by excellent service by the glass and the opportunity to taste the wines of the organic Vistamare company, owned by the chef, located on the canines of Romagna. The most coveted tables are those near the windows overlooking the Galleria Octagon, which must be booked in advance.
