The format of the volcanic Felix Lo Basso is inspired by Northern Europe: a single menu that changes regularly following the supplies and market of the moment and a common start time for dinner for all diners, subject to essential reservations. The proposals, although creative and sometimes rather elaborate, often draw on ingredients from Puglia, the chef's region of origin, who offers highly original reinterpretations, without disdaining some oriented references.
