Three tasting menus give space to chef Antonio Guida's classics in the first, to the season in the second and to a product of your choice in the third. In spring for example, the great protagonist is the blue fish with anchovies, flag fish and bonito with garusoli, kidneys and glasswort: simply exceptional! The complex selection of wines, which can give excellent emotions by the glass, also gives great satisfaction to larger tables, including various Magnum labels from important vintages of the past.
