The two Capitaneo brothers, united by their great passion for cooking, but with different characters, after important experiences in renowned starred restaurants, opened their restaurant in Piazza Duomo. The informal concept includes the possibility of sitting on the large counters surrounding the kitchen or at the black glass tables: observing the chefs' work so closely is fun in itself. On the plate, seasonal raw materials, very fresh, processed with techniques that enhance their characteristics and flavors without unnecessary frills. The blue lobster with yellow courgettes and the house "welcome": red beetroot petal rose and caviar are intriguing... One of the most instagrammed specialties!
