Here we are at Valentino Ugolini's, one of the many youngsters who trained under Umberto Bombana, who was able to launch many young Italians in Asia. Located in the Landmark shopping center, Ciak is a bistro-pizzeria that focuses on traditional cuisine, including large cuts of meat to share and classics such as carbonara, very popular during our visit. The pizza is thin and fragrant, the result of a blend of 5 flours and a rising time of at least 36 hours, with baking in an electric oven; the result reveals good crispness and attention to raw materials.
