Luisa Giannini's restaurant is confirmed as the place that has been able to clear customs on the island of Rome of the Roman pizza alla pala, giving new life to an old factory. It uses four types of flour to create a light and crumbly dough, accompanied by ingredients and combinations centered also in creative versions. Among the gourmet ones, the excellent Pantheon with mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, guanciale and pecorino cheese, but the whole offer is of high quality. You can drink well even among little known Italian labels.
