The members of this large cooperative founded in 1967 are simultaneously farmers,
entrepreneurs and workers; today they are one of the main dairies in the Modena area.
Severely hit by the 2012 earthquake, they had the strength not to give up production
has never stopped and with the renovation they have become more dirty than before,
also installing very ancient staircases in the warehouses, a symbol of their connection with
tradition. Their 24 months on the nose presents fresh fruit, medium notes of lactic
cooked hazelnut, butter, acid lactic and hazelnut. In the mouth the balance of flavors - sweet, salty
and sour - it turns out pleasant; olfactory scents are confirmed in retronasal aromas
with a fairly high taste persistence.
