Also worthy of mention for its squacquerone, this dairy has been around for more than 40 years engaged in the artisanal production of cheeses, which includes a line of products vegetable rennet. Fresh lactic and yogurt are the smells of their Raviggiolo; the lactic it is reconfirmed in the nasal aromas together with fresh butter. Medium sweetness with plantain and structure characterized by good solubility. Delicate.
