COMPANY. Consandolo is a fraction of Argenta (FE), where the minor branch of the Po called Sandalo, "ended" (Caput Sandali) into the Po di Primaro. In this context, the Malafronte family continues the tradition of quality cured meats, heir to the passion of the founder Nives and thanks to an experience spanning the last 60 years. Today the historic brand, which has always innovative production lines and a strong territorial connotation, produces a wide range of pork specialties, 80% without preservatives, which is accompanied by a strict selection of farms, with attention to the quality of the meat and animal welfare, especially for the Salumi di Filiera line.

PRODUCTS. The Connubio ham, aged in "millesimal alfalfa" from the Po Delta Park, has an antiqued pale red color and an evocative nose of dried fruit in shell, cut grass and anise.
