COMPANY. At the foot of Cimone, the highest peak of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, inside the Regional Park of the same name, Antonio perpetuates the butchery tradition of the Pelloni family, with the help of his wife Giuliani and children Margherita and Stefano, strengthened by the teachings of their father Fernando, founder of the company in 1968.
