COMPANY. The historic brand, founded in 1956 by Laura Ferrarini, is today one of the leaders on the Italian cooked ham market, both in the large-scale retail channel and in the traditional retail channel throughout the territory nationwide, thanks to its own distribution structure. The first Italian company to produce cooked ham without added polyphosphates, Ferrarini is now one of the most important European companies in the sector and offers worldwide agri-food products that are symbols of Italy: from Parma ham to various delicatessen specialties, accompanied by of the farm, from which I started the entrepreneurial activity, such as the Parmigiano Reggiano Dop, the wines, the balsamic vinegar of Modena Igp and the Traditional of Reggio Emilia Dop.

The bite is yielding, a prelude to a very intense aromatic palette, which almost covers the meat, centered on honey tones and enriched in flavour. Final of good juiciness and melting. Deep pink big-size slice for this cooked ham, edged with a finger of snow-white fat. Beautiful olfactory expression of cooked horns, with light toasted notes and background umami. The palate confirms a well-dosed tanning, which meets a correct sapidity, a slight fat and an aftertaste characterized by tomato extract and nut, slightly exceeding in sweetness. Good structure, juicy and pleasantly chewable.
