Writing about Sicilian oil is always a great pleasure, this land is truly full of treasures to discover and taste, doing it this time for an organic oil that comes from a place already famous throughout the world for its I would say that chocolate is an excellent starting point, we tried it with a good pasta, with two types of rice, in salads, we made excellent sauces, not satisfied, we also tried it raw on warmed up homemade Calabrian bread on the plate therefore, I can fully affirm that it is truly an excellent extra virgin olive oil from Modica which this sector also has a lot to offer.
