It was a certainty in the old restaurant, it is even more so in the recently opened one: for fans, Pasquale Marrazzo's pizza does not disappoint. In preparing the dough for "his" Neapolitan pizza, with its pronounced and soft crust, he uses a base made from different flours, with sourdough and beer yeast. Secret doses, of course, with leavening on 24 hours and a fast cooking at high temperature lead to a result of excellence. The proposal is divided into sections: classic, white, focaccia and with fresh tomatoes. Plus the ever-present 'specials'. For those who prefer something else, the menu offers first and second courses of fish - prepared by his wife Teresa and the classic appetizers while waiting for the pizza, starting with potato croquettes and seaweed fritters. The house desserts never disappoint, from babà to pastiera and sfogliatelle. A "Neapolitan" atmosphere and a wine cellar where the wines of Campania are the protagonists. There is no lack of craft beers and typical spirits to end the experience in the best way.
