Nicola Olivieri, born in 1986 and the last scion of a family engaged in the art of baking since 1882, has become very famous for his leavened products for special occasions. He also gives a great performance in the pizzeria sector, one of the many included in this original format - a former water pump factory, 1200 square meters of light and glass - which also includes a pastry corner, one dedicated to bakery and a restaurant area. The focus on high pizza is quite recent but things are really well done in this area too: quality doughs and fillings, goodness and digestibility, a list that is not too extensive (well), appealing and imaginative. The latest news: a dough with integrated stone-ground flour, while the menu changes every two months according to seasonality, favoring local ingredients. There is a wide range of Margherita Experiments (four different combinations, each one more delicious than the last), Traditional (classic flavors revisited, try the Decima della Pesca with San Marzano Dop tomato, fiordilatte d'Agerola, Bonito del Norte white tuna fillets and red onion) and Experimentary with variations of Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe proposals such as Raccolto with Fiordilatte d'Agerola, yellow Piennolo tomato puree, zucchini, peas, zucchini flowers, onion and yogurt. A real pleasure.
