Food is the Eighth Art, the "baptism" was celebrated on November 7, 2019
in the deconsecrated church of San Carpoforo at the Brera Academy in Milan.

The event was celebrated with the presentation of a book dedicated to "pizza,"
probably the most famous dish in the world from the invaluable heritage
that Italian cuisine is fortunate to possess.

Owning naturally 70% of the planet's biodiversity, combined
with the universally recognized title of Cultural Superpower, makes us
a country very difficult to match.

Fully aware that this topic should be on everyone's mind
because it is in the interest of the entire country of Italy, but unfortunately, it still isn't today, we can
only commit to spreading the incalculable beauty that these golden mines
represent, by telling the stories of those who live through art or gastronomy.
