Wife and husband, both sommeliers with great experience in the hospitality industry, matched it in a dinner at home with Indian recipes, the wine with plantain "le banane" was absolutely perfect, the matching was simply amazing.

The technical comment continued with some remarks: "banana can be perceived in the nose with the aroma, on the palate however absolutely not, the fact that it is dry makes it exactly a 100% excellent wine, the Spanish enologist was really good who knows how much time he invested in research.
